We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:


  • Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it

  • Include all original tags, packaging, and labels

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

Please note that:


  • Custom-made, tailored, or sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.

  • Returns received after 14 days may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return



  1. Email us at info@myerniefashiondesign.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll confirm your eligibility and provide you with a return address.

  3. Once approved, ship your item back using a trackable service — customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently allow exchanges for size or colour (subject to availability).

To arrange an exchange, please email info@myerniefashiondesign.com before sending back your item.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us photos of the item and your order details so we can investigate and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider.
